2 nd Encounter of Development and communication of the Latin American Indigenous Population

 The Bolivian Indigenous Confederation CIBOB, made the second communiccation encounter , for the development of the Indigenous Population. To the event assisted several participants such as Mexico, Nicaragua, Panamá, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Brasil, Chile Argentina y Bolivia.
Internacional Organizations like FIDA, FAO, UNICEF, COICA.
After two days of activities, some conclussions were made regarding to the Indigenous Nation. In the communication can be read:
We declare the platform of Communication and Development of the Indigenous Nations, starts its process from this second International Encounter of Communication.
With the purpose of the implementation of the strategies defined by the Indigenous Organizations and Institutions that have participated, and to promote the topic related to the Communication and the Development of the Indigenous Nations in all the activities like in the permanent forum of the Nations United about Indigenous matters also with the governments.
The document was given to the Minister of Communication of the Republic of Bolivia during the act of closing event.
