This constituted of 52 people, organized in 14 Organizations regional members: CRIMA-ACITAM-AIPEA-COIDAM-CRIOMC-ORWCAPU-ORINSUC-CRIGUA II-UNIGUME-CRIGUA I-AICURIGUA-OPEDEGUA-CRIVA-OZIP-MUSURUNAKUNA, in an extension of 406.000 km2 and a population of 76.000 inhabitants.

The amazon Indigenous people are the main ones affected of a situation marked by the most absolute indifference, intolerance and irrespeto toward the civil population, the armed actors' that participate in the hostilities direct victim. The increment of the massacres against defenseless populations, in particular made by the paramilitary groups; the repudiables takings of hostages and indiscriminate attacks, specially made by the guerilla groups; the lack of effective actions on the part of the state to protect to so many people and threatened communities and displaced and to combat to those responsible for the same ones they are alone some samples of the delicate and pressing situation of the human rights that the country lives.
