RESOLUTIONS FROM THE CCC REGARDING TO THE INTERNAL & INSTITUTIONAL SITUATION OF COICA.
COICA´S Coordination Council reunited in the Metropolitan city of Quito , Conocoto Parish, Quito - Ecuador .
Taking in consideration the internal situation generated by the VII COICA´S General Congress Remembering, and attending to the call of CONFENIAE and OIS, for January 11 th to the 13 th 2006.
And in order debate, treat, and for making decision to Strength our Organization the internal situation generated by the accomplishment of VII the General Congress of the COICA and going to the call of CONFENIAE and OIS, for the 11 to the 13 of January of the 2006; and in order to debate, to treat, to make decisions and to look for the solution, the following topics are going to be examined:
COICA´s Corporative Internal Analysis Situation
• Reports from the Ex- Directors of COICA
• Intervention and positions of the countries
• Resolutions
To this convocatory attends : Saúl Chávez - Presidente de la Confederación de Pueblos Indígenas de Bolivia ( CIDOB ) BOLIVIA, Jecinaldo Barbosa Cabral - Coordinador General de la Coordenação das Organizações Indígenas da Amazonía Brasilera ( COIAB ) BRASIL, J. Nelson Mavio - Coordinador General de la Organización Regional de los Pueblos Indígenas de Amazonas-Venezuela ( CONIVE - ORPIA) VENEZUELA, José Avilés - Presidente de la Confederación de las Nacionalidades Indígenas de la Amazonía Ecuatoriana ( CONFENIAE ) ECUADOR, Ronald Renardo Aloema - Presidente Organizatie van Inheemsen in Suriname (OIS) SURINAM, and the members of the Ex - Directive Council , César Andy - Coordinator of the Economical Cooperation Area , Josien Tokoe, Human Rights Coordinator., Sebastião Haji Manchineri General Coordinator.
After several deliberations and having fulfilled with all constant mandates in the regulations and effective statutes; It solves:
FIRST . - Accepting the initiative of the called countries (CONFENIAE ECUADOR - OIS SURINAM ) and according to the established thing in Art . 11, literal B and 18 Art . Literal F, of the statute, and art. 5 literal b and the second paragraph of the internal procedures of the COICA; we declared extraordinary meeting of the CCC.
SECOND. - To put in operation the office of the COICA with the direction and Conduction of Mr. Egberto Tabo General Coordinator of the COICA, in fulfilment to the statute, regulation and resolutions of the COICA.
THIRD . - To endorse the General Coordinator of the COICA Egberto Tavo Chipunavi to summon according to the legal capacity, judicial and statutory that it protects him, to the next meeting of the CCC in Manaus Brazil to the nine countries members AIDESEP-PERÚ, APA-GUYANA, CIDOB-BOLIVIA, COIAB-BRASIL, CONFENIAE-ECUADOR, CONIVE ORPIA-VENEZUELA, FRENCH FOAG-GUYANA, OIS-SURINAM, OPIAC-COLOMBIA.
At the meeting, there will not be a discussion about the legality and legitimacy of the CDC.
Instead of that the on the contrary will treat of the unit, fortifications and general lineaments of action of the COICA.
TEMPORARY DISPOSITION . - All dispositions made by of other Legal Corps, are going to be considered as illegal and inadmissible.
We would be in our legal right to take legal corresponding actions.

TRANSITORIAL DISPOSITION. - Any legal proceedings made by other Legal Corp, not involved in this action, will be considered Inadmissible and Illegal.
We would act taking the corresponding legal action.
The CCC informs to the co-operators that the regular organ of Coordination and management in the Amazonian River basin is and will be from today in ahead the General Coordination of COICA, represented legally by the workmate Mr. Egberto Tabo Chipunavi .
The not-participation of the meeting summoned by the Amazonian Alliance to be made from the 21 st to the 23 rd of January of the present year in the city of Bogotá - Colombia
