TO TAKE CARE OF THE FOREST IN ORDER TO SAVE VIDA
The Amazonian children, from the kindergarten, We will fight together with our Parents, not to Petroleum nor to the ALCA, We take care of the forest To save the life, of the equator and to the Entire world.
With permission of the spirits of our ancestros, and like one more than million a generation of apprentices of the wisdoms and guardians of the life, of the nature in the universe, we expressed our recognitions and gratefulness to all those that made reality our organization of fundamental importance as it is the COICA. Turn out of efforts common in its 20 years of continuity in a stage of ours to walk, by the force of the 390 towns and its organizations like AIDESEP, APA, CIDOB, COIAB, CONFENAE, CONIVE, FOAG, OIS, OPIAC and their branchs and coverall to our families - parents, mothers, brothers and children who resign to our presence by long times, supporting the special solitude in the spouses that often they have to assume the rolls of heads in the homes and make us reflect on the existing difference between the speeches and the reality of ours to walk.
Today we added 2.779.478 inhabitants, which demonstrates to the human diversity and the importance of continuing affirming to our identity and espiritualidad in each blowing of the wind, in each water source, the sound of each song of the world. Our profits are the fruit of the collective efforts of a work that began centuries ago on the part of our ancestros, reflected in our conquests. In spite of the adversity and challenges we continued being the newness, the success and surely constructing a healthy, worthy and lasting future, rooted in our collective memories, dynamic saberes, innumerable leaderships in diverse forms and realities.
That altogether they fortify the fundamental frame of our institutional mandate like preexisting towns, long before that the National States. Consequently we have the irrevocable right to the free determination, by virtue of which we defined our future and the relations that we maintain with the States Nation.
The simple fact to live for us in a system where the human loses spaces and to superlive is an art of the wisdom, in a racist mentality that extends by the planet committing cruel acts and destroying the life to name of the development, the freedom, and even of God. To have reached what we are, already is a transcendental profit, reason why we affirmed, that by but benefit that brings an exploration, it much less does not justify the elimination of people and of the towns. During our institutional existence we have obtained mutual recognitions - what it puts in marching the political project the COICA. A first step was to recognize to us like part of a same sociocultural universe, of our existence and diversity like towns. The second step, was to coordinate actions, to interchange experience, to articulate the national, regional and international processes.
The Third most difficult step and, is to give answers to our necessities. We affirmed what we are and we take care of the external agenda from our vision. By it is we watched towards we ourself, implementing and executing plans and own priorities on the basis of our ideals.
