• Development of titularization, demarcation, regularization and other plans;

Action 2: Transmission of development and territorial management of knowledge and their natural resources. Activities:

• Development of events.
• Guide edition;
• Elaboration of the Management Plan

Action 3: Registry of indigenous territories. Activities:

• Mapping of indigenous territories;
• Coordination with the technical groups for each country.
• Recompilation of the Material.
  

Objective 3: Control and avoid territorial conflicts.

Action 4: Territorial Protection.

• Establish a protection policy at the regional level;
• Eliminate the superposition of areas;
• Take out invaders from indigenous territories;
• Establish rules for the entrance of exploitation projects of natural resources;
• Register of territories and peoples affected by exploitation.
